Serim Electronics Co., Ltd. actively pursues a safety-first policy based on the philosophy of human dignity throughout all business activities, striving to implement occupational health and safety (OHS) management at an international standard. To achieve this, all employees recognize that safety and health are the highest priorities in all activities, and we establish an OHS management system to ensure that every employee enjoys a safe and pleasant working environment. By complying with the following OHS management policy, Serim Electronics establishes internal and external trust in its safety and health practices.
- 1. Establish an effective Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) management system by prioritizing safety and health in all operational areas.
- 2. Set OHS objectives and detailed targets aligned with the policy, and develop and implement action plans to achieve them.
- 3. Enhance OHS competence and practical application among employees and stakeholders through a structured education system including planning, execution, evaluation, and feedback.
- 4. Identify all potential workplace hazards in advance together with workers, and continuously implement preventive and corrective measures.
- 5. Strengthen OHS education to raise safety awareness among all workers.
- 6. Thoroughly comply with all relevant OHS laws, regulations, and management system requirements.
- 7. Establish a risk assessment culture through company-wide participation and continuously improve its effectiveness.
- 8. Build an internal and external communication system and manage all facilities in an optimal and pleasant condition to ensure a safe working environment.
- 9. Disclose the OHS policy to all employees and stakeholders, ensuring full participation and sincere practice by all members.
